Jim Auclair has been an embroidery machine technician for 17 years.  He is certified by major machine companies including Hirsch, SWF, Brother, ZSK and Melco.  

Jim began his career in Denver, Colorado.  After several years of working for the machine industry leaders, he became an independent Embroidery Machine Technician and started Fixyourstitch. 

 Fixyourstitch currently services the Pacific Northwest.
